At minimum, you need one project management tool (Jira, Asana, or Linear) and one communication tool (Slack or Teams). Connecting GitHub is optional but recommended for PR tracking and code commits.

Pricing is $20/month per team member with a $100/month organizational minimum (5 members). So a 10-person team pays $200/month, a 25-person team pays $500/month, etc. Linear pricing - no surprise tiers or rate changes.

DevHawk accesses only metadata: ticket status, PR activity, team member names/roles, and timestamps. We NEVER access your source code, PR content, commit diffs, or private Slack messages. See our Security page for full details.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We follow industry best practices for data security and undergo regular security audits.

Upon cancellation, you can export all your data. We then delete all your data within 30 days unless you request immediate deletion. You can also request data deletion at any time during your subscription.

DevHawk uses OAuth or PAT authentication. Most integrations support connection via Personal Access Token today, with support to login via OAuth on its way soon.

Yes! DevHawk supports multiple projects, teams, and repos. You can configure separate notification settings and access controls for each project. Perfect for agencies or companies with multiple product lines.

Beta users get priority Slack, Teams, and email support! We value your feedback and want to ensure that we support your success. We also offer onboarding assistance, documentation, video guides, and a community Slack channel. Enterprise customers can request dedicated support.
